John is the Coordinator of the General Business and International Business Management Programs where he teaches courses in law within the School of Business and Management.
His professional background includes international management consulting across a wide range of Fortune 500 companies representing most industrial sectors. He also has over 15 years of corporate finance and risk management experience in one of the world’s largest international banks. In addition, he has significant experience negotiating and brokering purchase/sale agreements in both the United States and Canada; including both privately-held and franchised operations.
John is a former Vice Chairman of the Welland County Hospital and has served on many non-profit boards. A founding board member of the Niagara Health System, he played a significant role in the complex amalgamation of 8 independent hospitals, resulting in the establishment of a fully integrated $450 million regional hospital network. A member of the New York State Bar Association, John also served as a member of the Welland Tribune’s Community Editorial Board.
