Academic Representative of the Niagara College Board of Governors
Giacomo Folinazzo is a professor in the School of English Language Studies in the International Department at Niagara College. Since 2005, he has held the positions of part-time instructor, program coordinator, and full-time professor.
Giacomo received a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages, a TESL Certification, a Master’s Degree in Education from Brock University, and he is currently a PhD candidate at The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto. He has taught in various post-secondary institutions in Canada and in Japan over the past 13 years.
As the academic staff representative, Giacomo feels privileged to have the opportunity to provide an academic perspective to the Board of Governors.
