Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development programs “Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence” and “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service” to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The two-day event will take place at the newly renovated Royal Cambridge at the Prince of Wales Hotel on March 26 and March 27 2014.
Sponsored by Niagara College the event will allow area professionals to learn how a leader’s behaviour is instrumental in conveying values guiding strategy and inspiring passion and interest among employees; as well as demonstrating how anticipating and reacting to customers’ needs wants and emotions is an integral aspect of delivering quality service and achieving business results.
Through “Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence” participants explore proven Disney leadership philosophies and values that produce results and are fundamental to the growth and success of organizations. Participants get an insider’s look at business practices that have helped Disney maintain respect for product and service quality. They will learn how to exceed customer expectations using a well-defined service infrastructure ongoing research and service standards.
Registration is $999 per person plus taxes and gratuities. This includes all course materials for both workshops meals two nights of overnight accommodation and a Niagara College food and wine reception. Space is limited. In addition to the event at the Prince of Wales Hotel the Disney Institute will be at Niagara College’s Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus on March 28 for a private session focusing on leadership excellence. The session will be geared to staff in the College’s many programs including Hospitality & Tourism.
