Niagara College offers hospitality & tourism faculty and students the opportunity to work with local industry partners on real-world projects through course-based assignments and applied research initiatives.

The Niagara-on-the-Lake campus is home to the Niagara Culinary Institute (NCI) and numerous laboratories and educational facilities that support programs at the certificate, diploma, degree, and graduate certificate levels.
